Most People Think Of Senaru as being simply where the Mount Rinjani Trekking Stars And Ends But Not The Only Mount Rinjani ,There is More to the village of senaru and surrounding are, there is are three beautiful waterfalls Located on the slopes of mount rinjani within easy Trekking distance of the village. Waterfall Sindang Gila is the most popular due to their natural beauty and moderate 15minute hiked from senaru village along a pleasant forested trail and stairs. for a nice alternative return rputes, following the irrigation canal back to senaru village along the Edge Of The Valley.
The Second Waterfall, Tiu Kelep Watefall is located other 20-25 minutes upstream from sindang gila waterfall. whilst not as spectacular as sindang gila waterfall, but a few people also say that the tiu kelep waterfall is more spectacular than the sindang gila waterfall. tiu kelep falls have a nice plunge pool were you can jump of the rock and a turnel with a concrete chute that serves As a water slide. after dropping into firts falls, back treks a short way to until you see a path leading furher upstream and follow your nose. the path is quite well defined but there are some steep sections and a creek crossing so wear good sturdy sandals. A guide is recommended.
